Kitchen and bathroom linen are not provided. - Waste Sorting and Management Waste sorting must be done carefully. All non-recyclable household waste must be enclosed in a garbage bag. Only this bag, properly closed, should be placed in the blue container. No unpackaged household waste should be found in the container. - Equipment Check on Arrival After the departure of previous guests, we check the provided equipment. If you find any missing or defective equipment, please notify us very quickly after your arrival. - Studio Upkeep We ask guests to return the studio clean: floor swept, dishes washed and put away, stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, table, and floor cleaned. - Cleaning Fees If the accommodations is returned in a state requiring unusual cleaning, additional cleaning fees may be charged. - Electric Shutter It is strictly forbidden to close the electric shutter. It must remain open at all times, as it constitutes an essential emergency exit. - Use of Outdoor Equipment No provided equipment should be taken to the beach. - TV Access via Molotov For television, we use the Molotov application. Please note that only the free channels offered are accessible. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
